1. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, and a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
  • Processing times may be extended during peak seasons or due to high order volume.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer international shipping to most countries. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United States & Canada: 7–15 business days
  • Europe (EU/UK): 7–20 business days
  • Asia-Pacific: 5–12 business days
  • Rest of the World: 10–25 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs clearance, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.


3. Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping: Orders over USD $50 qualify for free standard shipping.
  • Flat Rate Shipping: A fee of USD $5 applies for orders under $50.
  • Express Shipping: May be available at checkout for an additional fee, depending on destination.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, and customs fees imposed by your country.
  • These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the customer’s responsibility.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.
  • If you have not received tracking details within 5 business days, please contact us.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
  • DragonHarmony is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, customers may be required to pay reshipping fees.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
  • We will work with the carrier to investigate and may issue a replacement or refund where applicable.

8. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders can only be changed or canceled within 12 hours of placement. After that, we cannot guarantee modifications as processing may have begun.
