1. Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, and a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
- Processing times may be extended during peak seasons or due to high order volume.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer international shipping to most countries. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- United States & Canada: 7–15 business days
- Europe (EU/UK): 7–20 business days
- Asia-Pacific: 5–12 business days
- Rest of the World: 10–25 business days

3. Shipping Costs
- Free Shipping: Orders over USD $50 qualify for free standard shipping.
- Flat Rate Shipping: A fee of USD $5 applies for orders under $50.
- Express Shipping: May be available at checkout for an additional fee, depending on destination.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
- International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, and customs fees imposed by your country.
- These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the customer’s responsibility.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
5. Tracking Your Order
- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.
- If you have not received tracking details within 5 business days, please contact us.
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
- DragonHarmony is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
- If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, customers may be required to pay reshipping fees.
7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
- If your package is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
- We will work with the carrier to investigate and may issue a replacement or refund where applicable.
8. Order Changes & Cancellations
- Orders can only be changed or canceled within 12 hours of placement. After that, we cannot guarantee modifications as processing may have begun.
